The steam generator is made by Galvanized sheet, anti-corrosive and durable. It is controled by computer control panel, long distance signal transmission, the longest distance can be 50m, transfer data reliably. Control cables with waterproof, moisture-proof interface. Working time and room temperature will be displayed on the panel. You could set temperature to the range of 35-55 C(95-131 F), and working time to 30 minutes-8 hours.
The Economic steam generator features auto water, over-voltage and high temperature protection. Water protection avoid heating function works without water. Over-voltage protection can effectively prevent the occurrence of the case of the steam pipe is blocked explosion overpressure condition. High temperature protection makes sure the temperature won't be over high so as to hurt users. All features ensure the stable product performance.
The segment-heating and self-diagnose function make the heater energy-efficient and easy-operation. Fast heating function, power that is able to only about 2 minutes out of steam, greatly reducing the time to wait. Auto-drain function is important for protecting heating elements, so eletromagetic auto drain valve is installed on 12kw, 15kw. and 18kw,units, and for 4.5~9kw units, you could also choose the optional auto-drain valve to replace the standard manual drain valve.
